CODE OF ETHICS
This “code” reaffirms our dedication to bettering ourselves, and our community.
It has always been our philosophy that a happy crew is an artistic and efficient crew. This extends beyond fair wages and healthy hours – it also means learning people’s strengths, and appealing to their artistic desires.
Contractors are encouraged to work the hours they deem necessary to complete their work. We only dictate deadlines, not work schedules.
Our standard work practices include:
- 8 hour workdays
- 5 day work weeks
- Meals provided every 6 hours
Process Pictures takes the safety of our crew and those around us very seriously, and will never conduct our work in a way that puts any individual in danger. There is no camera angle that is worth a life. We encourage any contractor to approach their department head at any time if they feel that someone is getting carried away with their work.
Freedom of Ideas and Expression
Humans differ greatly both physically and intellectually, and no individual at Process Pictures is ever discriminated against on the basis of race, national or ethnic origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, religion, creed or disability.
Pertaining to political work, we conduct ourselves as a neutral party. We will not express an opinion on set, and will not allow any differing opinions to get in the way of what our clients and ourselves consider to be good work.
Financial records, digital client and product-specific data are all encrypted. All video work that is not specifically approved to be put online is kept on a server that is not connected to the Internet. All contractors are under a blanket NDA while working for Process Pictures.
We take confidentiality very seriously.
